We organize a workshop to take our customer’s use cases and map them to Can Do software. We offer a standard, out-of-the-box implementation process that is modified with customer-specific requirements. Our open server architecture means that we can easily import customers’ project data, enabling the customer to start working with the solution rapidly.
We start by establishing the foundation of successful and professional project work in your company. During the implementation process, we help you analyze your current project management methods, then identify and realize potential improvements. We naturally also actively assist companies with project management implementation, taking current processes and methods into account along with the customer’s organizational structure and the technologies they use. In addition, we can also offer needs-based user training.
One of the main purposes of project portfolio management is to look at multiple project ideas and select those projects that are aligned with company strategy and are feasible from the financial and capacity-related perspectives. When we design, implement and optimize a project portfolio, we take company-specific methods and working practices into account. We offer a modern ergonomic interface for simple, intuitive usage; software implementation tailored to customer requirements; and practical services to help users get the most value out of the solution.
During the software rollout, our staff are available to answer any questions. Can Do software requires very little training and support anyway, and after the rollout the need for support will diminish further. This is why we gradually hand over user management to the customer’s own staff. We are naturally still available to answer our customers’ questions. We also support your project marketing efforts during the rollout by providing information for your internal communications, such as newsletter articles as well as brochures and interviews with specialists.
