Our tamper-proof software has been awarded the "Software made in Germany" label by the Bundesverband IT Mittelstand (federal trade association of midsized IT companies). It runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The data is stored in Europe with servers located in Frankfurt am Main. And of course our activity is GDPR-compliant.
You can choose between two roles with different permissions (Manager and Team member) and the viewer resource, which grants read-only access. Some of the functions require special roles, at least a Manager license and as many Team member licenses as there are resources managed directly or indirectly via Can Do.
It gives you unlimited access to all software functions and is designed for various roles, including project manager, portfolio manager, department head, human resources manager, financial controller and administrator. Every installation requires the purchase of a Manager license. In addition, for each resource to be created in the system, the corresponding number of employee licenses is required.
It provides the employee with access to their personal workload details; the option for independent planning of their own time; and the timesheet function that includes the mobile timesheet in the Can Do Mobile App. Every staffer and every machine or other resource that you create in Can Do, or whose data you transfer/import into Can Do, counts as a resource. You need to buy a Staffer license for each resource. An employee license always requires at least one active manager license.
With read-only access to plans and dashboards in Can Do, you can let external resources - such as customers - follow the progress of the project. You can send out a link to these views and export them as reports in Excel and PDF file formats. In every case, you'll need to create the resource in Can Do first.
We provide the highest level of security as our service provider is Amazon Web Services (AWS) at the Frankfurt datacenter (EU Central/Frankfurt am Main). In short: yes. With Can Do, each action you take is logged in a transparent and tamper-proof archive. The data is stored in an accessible, traceable, unalterable and forgery-proof way, ensuring compliance with Germany's Commercial Code laws relating to data storage (§§ 239, 257 HGB).
