Managing Change Requests – This Is How I Do It With Can Do
Change Requests Are Part of Everyday Project Work – In Our Team Just as Much as With Our Clients

Admittedly, the use case I'm describing here is somewhat unusual and may not occur often, but I would still like to explain it.
In addition to our real 'Can Do' system for operational work, we have a copy of this system for testing purposes. This test system is also connected to our central Jira server in the cloud.
Interestingly, changes made in Jira are transmitted in real-time and simultaneously to both the real and the test 'Can Do' systems. This configuration works excellently and does not overly burden the Jira instance.
Although we don't have a specific use case for this setup, it is technically feasible. If anyone has ideas on how this configuration could be utilized, I would be happy to receive an email at thomas.schlereth@can-do.de :)
As a member of the management board, Thomas is responsible for the operative management of the development including conception, design and further development of the software. He also advises customers on best practices and supports the roll-out.
