For very long-term projects, although the visible time period can be limited via the time filter, you might still want to see the project in its entirety. Therefore, we have adjusted the 'Years' time scale so that years are now visible on the upper scale and quarters are visible below.
The feature is delivered as part of a regular update. Here is a video demonstrating the transition of the time scales:
